crashing during shader calculating
So i have an i9 14900 and a zotack rtx 4090 gfx card so when i start the game it crashes everytime while it calculates the shaders for the game an sometimes i get an error that is stating that my gfx card do not have enough video ram anny suggetion ennyone ?

Yes. It's CPU instability because of out-of-spec BIOS settings causing Oodle decompression to crash. Go into your BIOS and change the power limit (PL1 & PL2) and the Current ICCMAX (A) to the appropriate performance or extreme profile for your processor.
