save lost after exit the game

Whenever I exited the game, the save data lost and I need to create new character every time I open this game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

or go to the option menu and online menu check marketing data and change no option

may be anti-virus blocked the access of changes in the save folder located in the User\.. directory

go into Ransomware in antivirus settings

Turn off 'Controlled Folder Access' ..

Thank you for your comment. I have contract support and found that my AddData folder has no permission to edit so I gave permission it.

the devs are full of crazy bs ..

sprouting constant crap about how they will help you if you join their discord channel ..
when it's their discord channel that causes most audio problems in game ..

but they wont tell you that ..

been there done that got the complimentary wardrobe ..
