You're going to experience lag issues in co-op dependent upon bandwidth, hardware, and video processing demand differences. Audio problems can be minimized with hard-wired equipment. In fact, I've found it best not to use any sort of wireless equipment at all—keyboard, mouse, and speakers/headphones—the more "sophisticated" the drivers, the more problems, and don't get me started on gawdamned controllers! If one must use a controller, then play on a bloody console! (I learned the last one at the end of the twentieth century)
i got the gold edition for 20-30 bucks myself. but the listed price should always represent what you could expect from the game.
while i appreciate the time you took
-for me its out of the question to get a wired headset, because a triple A windows game is incompatible with microsoft hardware.
and after digging a little bit more into the problem:
multiplayer sessions tend to lag, if anyone in the party has his fps cap above 60. which for me on a 120hz monitor with suitable hardware is just a downgrade.
this could have been avoided with dedicated servers, imho.
ah and controller plays fine.
