how to do you start your Side Quests ?!

Took me forever, but I finally figured out that on PC, L calls up the quest logs...but! They don't actually show all available quests. You have to keep eyeballing the fast travel map options, as availabilities will be hinted at there when not detailed in the logs. Keep in mind that several don't "pop" until prerequisite quests have been completed. It requires a lot of map-hopping. Gets friggin' exhausting after a few playthroughs.

i track the Early sides (J) ..

as long as they are on the same map those that aren't i leave until i finish up what i'm doing ..

like Rikks side quests i don't even bother getting them from him until i've cleared enough story

i grab the treasure (side quest) in his pool right away but i do it as i progress on that map until i have all the phone data then when i'm back at Emma's i take out the pool guy for his keys too it ..
