Game says it's running but it's not opening?

Verified the game files etc and still the same problem..Any fixes?

Does it eventually close down on it's own? Sometimes it does this on my computer a few times in a row and I just have to keep hitting the play button and it'll open and run properly. I think it has to do with video drivers and Steam.

It never happened playing it thru Epic.

I fixed it by going to task manager and closing ''Epic games online services''. However, I have to do it everytime i wanna open the game lol

6 hours in and i love it. I started with Clara and I love her voice lines and playstyle. She's awesome

I have a similar problem.

I launch the game in Steam, it says it's running but nothing happens (after several minutes).
When I take a look in the task manager, there's a Windows Installer working (but not appearing on desktop) and an Epic Online Services task.
I wait and wait but nothing happens.

If I kill the Epic Online Services task, the game launches immediately.
I can play normally for a few minutes but then the game crashes to desktop, presumably, when it tries to connect to Epic servers.

Anyone has a solution ?
