0x1411 Error when joining friend overseas.

So, for a bit of context, my friend lives in Japan, and I'm in North America.
But the extremely odd thing is my friend can't even join public sessions.

We've tried deleting the Epic Online Service and setting NoOperation to 1, still resulting in the same problem.
We've tried reinstalling EOS as well, and even an extreme case of turning off our firewalls just to get it working.

I've seen only a handful of other posts talking about this exact error, but no one seems to have found a solution to it at all other than the game being picky on when it allows coop or not.
I've sent a support ticket already and was just wondering if this is a returning issue or if it's always been this way?

У меня тоже ничего не запускается... мы перепробовали абсолютно все варианты которые нашли тут и в интернете но он всегда выдает эту ошибку при подключении..

Yeah, I sent them a support ticket about this, and I joined their Discord server to see if this is a bigger problem. It seems like other people are having this issue, so much so that one of the Moderators had to tell the Community Manager about it. Hopefully they fix this issue soon. It's insane that a lot of people have this problem, but no one has any solutions.

OMG yeah me too! I've been having the same issue, I literally cannot join or host a game. It's so annoying. I really wish they can fix it soon since I bought the game for my friends!
