I was talking about how the NG+ mode is being advertised as a new game mode.
My English is not perfect but I've read it again and it was quite clear, really.
- Increase Level caps
- More difficulty level
- New weapons and skills
- New zombies
Neighborhood Watch, well it's free and I don't need it. it comes without the 3 required friends to play online and makes it pretty much useless for me that way.
It doesn't mean 'this is a new game'
It means you play the game from the start (new game) plus you have your existing level etc
NG+ modes, when done right, add so much replay ability to already great games. Imo if you love Dead island 2 as much as you claim (which I do as well) you should be happy that you can further push your characters/builds to higher levels, with new challenges to overcome.\
From my knowledge there are new weapons, new enemies, new cards,....etc adn that is what NG+ modes should be instead of the usual buffing enemies health/damage.
Te catch however is that you can do NG+ only once instead of endlessly like any other game that has NG+ which is baffling
now that's sad, really.
