reliable weapon farming?

back in the day I would go on the hill near Roxanne's house in Beverly Hills to trigger two car alarms and farm weapons like crazy. these days I've only gotten one weapon in the span that I would've normally gotten a couple more weapons. feels like they nerfed this farm method, or maybe I'm misremembering my experience.

are there any reliable weapon farming methods these days? thank you in advance.

thanks. but I think I might face the same issue regardless.

while I wasn't able to find any posts talking about possible nerfs to weapon farming, I did stumble on a video showcasing one of them. in their video, it shows a massive ♥♥♥♥ ton of weapons that I strictly remember experiencing a year or so ago before I picked the game back up again today.

comments said that weapon farms have been nerfed. I'll try this spot regardless and see what happens, but I'm not expecting much. thank you though.

Why would you farm anything in this game, instead of playing normally? Best weapons are either quest rewards or are free, like Casimir. Especially now, with NG+, the game has tons and tons of content. Farming is a pointless waste of time.

My weapon farming method is from red disaster boxes. 2 from venice beach, 4 from halperin hotel, 2 from bel air (outside emma mansion and gym). The red boxes can only be reset after certain of time passed unlike cash in bank truck can be reset everytime you quit the game. The best firearm I got from this method is red hunting rifle.
