Stuck on loading screen

Yesterday, I was playing with my friend when we finally made it to Serlin Hotel. When we decided to go there, The music stopped while loading, then the next frame of a zombie was A-Posed. Then we restarted the game to see if that helped, nothing happened. We verified integrity, nothing happened. Is the file corrupted?

I just fixed the problem, all I had to do was reinstall the game. Turns out my friend, who was hosting the server, his files were corrupted which caused failure to load up the save. Thanks for the help though.

This sounds odd, please reach out to our support team for further investigation and let them know that verifying the integrity did not help.
