What carries over to NG+?

So ive read that i keep my inventory/challanges but my stash is wiped.
So ive filled my inventory with every legendary weapon and started NG+.
Now everything but "Emmas Wrath" and "The Ripper" is gone.
Is it not possible to bring the other 7 legendaries into NG+?

My stash was wiped but it's not a big deal.
Everything you had in your original playthrough QUICKLY becomes obsolete anyway.

I would assume Emma's Wrath is blocked from being a story-related thing.

You need NG+ weapons to stand a chance so don't sweat it.
