I'm on the last mission vs the dirge and just sadly keep dying after making it close to the end. I'm getting ready to play right now.

honestly, my biggest problem is I have carpal tunnel, and my left hand starts hurting really bad trying to get away from him, and it ends up getting me killed on the last level every time. he corners me. ugh.

Sorry bud, that's sucky. I would help but my character is level 40.

I beat him solo. My tips is to run, run and run. Never stop running since the Dirge will not stop following you until you're dead. Try to maintain your position next to giant speaker, circling around it till some zombies are connected to the orgone balls and then kill them asap with Sam B's hammer, quick slashing weapon like crescent moon blade equipped with superior electric mod or with fury mode. To make things easier equip Short Fuse skill card to activate fury mode with only half fury meter filled. Once the orgone balls fully overloaded quickly head your way to the middle of giant speaker luring the Dirge at same time and finally throw the orgone ball at him. Ar this point immediately equip your hunting rifle or assault shotgun with flame mod installed (somehow the clotters and the Dirge are weak to flame attack) and then unload your bullets on him. Beware also not to stand still for too long because it will only expose yourself to the dirge and its blood spit attack can be fatal if you get caught in it. Equip flash bang and chem bomb curveball to temporarily stun the dirge or other apex zombies including whipper and crusher getting in your way.
