Lawn and Order achievement is bugged. (Solution Found)

Lawn and Order achievement is bugged for me, can't seem to achieve it even if I have more than 15 zombies crawling in the grass. Anyone else experienced it too? Any fix?

FIXED:
UPDATE: I finally managed to get the achievement.
I did a couple of things, so I don't know which one is the one that fixed the bug.
1. Verified my game files
2. Created an Online Session
3. Fast Traveled to another location and got back to Haus.

Maim 10 zombies with gardening equipment in the Cul-De-Sac's tall grass.

You have to maim them not kill them.

In the cul-de-sac area, in the backyard of the second house on the left, there is a plain, boring 'ol shovel. This is the gardening tool that you can use. Just start breaking zombie limbs in the grassy areas of the cul-de-sac. You'll know you're maiming them when 'MAIMED' shows up in big letters after a hit.

Wow this worked. Although it seemed that only step 3 was necessary. Helped us trigger both the crossbow and bottomless pit achievements.
