In various Spanish language media they talk about 2 million copies, but I think that as always they are telling half-truths and they will have charged money for being so ambiguous, I sincerely believe that it is the sum of Steam + Epic Games

There were reports of the game selling 2 million units about a month after the original release last year. Perhaps you're getting mixed up.
