Offline Play

HI, can the game be played completely offline (no internet needed, and besides having to install the Epic services) in single player?

If you just change the game type to Single Player where other players can't join but as for an actual offline mode, not sure. I will have to test this myself.

Epic services ruins my dream of never logging into another service again... Ubisoft services is a big nope if i have to log into their servers lol.

You can't play offline (disconnect internet), game will kick you out

You seem to be the only person able to play this completely offline. Everything I'm reading says it gets stuck on a certain screen and won't let you play. Did you do something special to get it to work?
