Maybe I just have a high tolerance, but I didn't find many.
Worst case is when opening eg bathroom doors - sometimes a zombie will jump out and grapple you, but that's about it.

The Zombies jump out of doors are nasty. They jumpscare me and i play phasmo and demonologist.

They're not hard. They catch you off guard, but it's not like you're in the heat of suspense and you're just waiting for something to happen only it doesn't until you least expect it. Like....opening a portapotty might have a zombie jump out from it. That happens about 90% of the time. Other than that there might be 1 or 2 going through a door around a corner or something.

Not really any. The only time the game genuinely scared me was when I open a door and a zombie just says hi

I genuinely don't even believe he's 71 but no, only Jumpscares are when you open some Doors a Zombie jumps at you.

nothing scary really. it's a zombie and not a horror game. I hate cheap jumpscares myself but haven't really found any here. zeds spawn in you'r face out of nowhere very frequently but that's part of this games mechanics.

but I'm also jaded if it comes to horror. watched too many sick flicks in my life already so nothing in a game/movie can scare me anymore.

Too many to risk with a bum ticker. Those jump scares may happen dynamically since any zombie can grab you and they are quite gruesome.

I would say they are most frequent when indoors, which is a lot of the time. Lots of times a door will fling open and a zombie will fly out and grab you. It's a kind of jumpscare.

be careful when you open the door, there are often zombies hiding behind it, when you open a door, it might just pop out with a loud scary screaming and jump on you,
and to your age, I do not recommend you play this game
(this game is full of blood and dismemberment BTW)
