What dlc do I play first after finishing the campaign? SOLA or Haus

I would recommend the order they came out in (Haus and then SoLA). Haus is more linear but really strange (in a good way) and SoLA is a much bigger zone that has much more exploration possibilities.

Now I'm playing Haus and the truth is, the atmosphere, as you say, is strange and I'm liking it.

Yeah as I said its strange in a good way, and very memorable as a DLC. Enjoy ;)
