Stats on PROS not tracked

My stats on PROS are not being tracked and I think it's because I declined telemetry tracking when I first started the game. But I can't enable it in the options menu anymore because it's grayed out. I would like to get the rewards though.

Hey Pax, you should be still able to link your game account to PROS.

My account is linked to PROS and I did reveive the reward for following the newsletter and some twitch reward but my statistics from the game are not tracked at all like I have never played it before. That's why I can't unlock the other rewards.

Yeah i have Unlocked Dagger , Fenrir Shotgun , Rise & Shine Crowbar , FROM DUSK JACOB SKIN and FROM DUSK RYAN SKIN and nothing is ingame so far. Jacob Skin is still locked ingame.

Any news? We still do not have access to the PROS content we unlocked. Why are the skins not showing up?

I have the same problem. It appears that if you do not activate "marketing telemetry data" during the first launch, you can't activate it later. The option is greyed out in the "online" menu so you can't change it to "yes"...

Contact customer service they helped me. They know stats aren't being tracked. They will ask for a screenshot or picture of your Stat page

Bumping because I am experiencing this and I notice that people with direct contact with the dev team have been active here and I want to inform them that this is still an issue. Will write a support ticket to PROS in the meanwhile.
