Problems with "From Dusk" skins

I have already completed the task to get the skin on Ryan, but it is still hanging in "available rewards", it is not "active rewards" and cannot be added there? How do I even get it?

the pro stuff seems broken and stats aren't being updated, did you actually check on the pros website that it was unlocked and available..

Oh, do tell me why we need PROS for simple things liek weapons and skins in addition to EOS? You could've made them ingame, but no ...

I'm sure you won't answer that, because there's no PR talk at hand to answer that question in a manner that would make sense and is not translated to: "We need that additional data."

I complied conditions 4 days ago, all services are connected - nothing helps.

im having the same issue, the game isnt tracking my stuff properly either and not unlocking my stuff, heck even the twitch drops arent popping in either despite i got everything connected

Now a funnier thing: after an update on the PROS site, the award shows up there as received, but in-game it doesn't.

Same here, it says I own the reward on PROS but in-game I don't have it.

Same for me. Unlocked the Rewards but Ingame it gives me nothing and the Skins are Locked too.

ye i just checked up my rewards, it says i own them but they arent unlocked within game, same with the twitch drop, already unlocked it ages ago but yet nothing in game lol
