I can't find any source for all these randoms demanding a NG+ mode outside of identical reddit posts begging for it. I think it's just completely fabricated, or possibly confused due to previous entries into the series having it.

I would like that, you could change character after completing story, with all blueprints and all missions, but nooo...i picked the worst character in the game and if i want to change i need to do ALL OVER AGAIN

u can use a card which basically halves everything on your part..., health regen dmg output and so forth....... poor mans newgame+
