Instant crash after launch

So basically, I launch the game, and it loads a black screen which crashes after 15 seconds. The Task Manager shows that Dead Island is not responding. Has anyone else had this problem?
My PC meets the recommended specs.

restarted pc after this, worked for 6hrs, next day i tried the same but same crash on startup occured and restart didnt help.. i thought it was denuvo or some bs
i just get this bs

maaaaaaan its insane, after the 10th restart it works again. i cant say what fixed it, its extremely random aint gonna lie... until i restart my pc once again LEL
not a single game in my life behaved like this, hell nah
