Two missing places of interest

Hi. I completed the main game and yet the game is telling me that I?m missing two places of interest, one in the Pier and one in Venice Beach. Fact is there nothing left on the map, no safebox, no fuse remaining, no markers etc.
Do I have to consider this a bug or maybe are those two related to the DLCs? I still have to play them. Thanks.

I was able to hit 100% after completing everything, but I also keep a personal list of all the locked things I've seen and check em off as I complete them - the map is not always accurate for keeping track of these things

So ya either it is DLC or you missed something somewhere

I'm only missing 2 missing person quests and do not know where to find them.

I have 18 lost and found quest's completed, and it says I have 2 more and yet I cannot find them.

5 of missing person quests for me and no clue where to look at. map doesn't show anything anymore just 0/2 sola but there is nothing, 0/1 venice, 0/1 hollywood b. and 0/1 at the movie studios.

The last point of interest on The Pier was a CDC container that didn't show up on the map until I got the key for it.
No idea for the one on Venice Beach still.
