PROS not updating.

Like many others, the PROS website isnt updating correctly, i guess it's because of me selecting not to turn on telemetry data at the first game start.

According to the Pros/Games FAQ i should easily be able to turn that on back later, but the option is greyed out ingame for me.

What do?

ive also noticed that pros does not update.
ive linked my game and it acts as if ive never played it.

i just think that its very slow to sync data.

same, I linked it and started with my lvl30 Ryan savegame, all missions complete but no sync nor any rewards. I don't have telemetry on and I don't turn it on.

contact the support at PROS, they gave me everything the other day when they responded, give them the picture of ur stats or what u have done in the game and they will add u asap the skins and weapons on ur account

having the same issue also had it with snowrunner which also uses PROS eventually it corrected it self just took forever to get the item

gives you some free weapons and skins sort of a platform some games use to give rewards im gonna be honest i dont know why some games use it

it worked for me in the end but it took a day or two. I got all the free digital goodies.

I turned off telemetry i did notice it took a couple of days for the data to update on Pros it was the same for the World War Z it was a bit jank. Should work but delayed which is silly given its already hooked into the game.

some of those skins are generally better then the paid ones except Doc Sausage.

I can't turn on telemetry, but I'll wait for a couple of days to see if the PROS decides to update or get any data. O_ô

Doesn't mean it will happen they give me the sites under stress from high traffic bs

I had the Epic Online Services folder deleted from my local files, after verifying my file integrity and reinstalling Epic the PROS stats updated and the rewards hit my game immediately.
If you want the rewards unfortunately you have to have the Epic bloatware installed, however, once you've gotten the rewards you're after you can remove it again

Really? I deleted Epic completly and it didn't work for me. The only way worked for me was to write the support but even after they update it, it's still not updating after that if you make progress.

Same problem here, I unlocked all the rewards excepted Ryan & Carla's skins. I sent a mail to Pros, I now have to wait and hope for a solution.
