what is sprint attack?

is sprint attack only happen once that while running, you press attack? it's a little bit vague because the character stopped moving while doing this

or sliding, running jump attack also considered sprint attack?

It's very strange. Yes, often times you do end up stopping when you attack. I have seen the perk activate, but it's very hit or miss.

I'm pretty sure it's the baseball slide. Crouch while running...

But I hate that move because you're crouched after you do it.

The sprint "attack" seems to trigger if you slide into a zombie WITHOUT a weapon swing, where as triggering a weapon swing manually while sliding just stops the slide and does a normal weapon swing attack.

Tested with the perk that causes slide attacks to send zombies flying backwards.

Alternatively if you are talking about the "dash" attacks those you still trigger manually with the V key (by default)

Pretty sure that's not what it is, it just happens to trigger with the dash slide because you need to sprint to use it. The perk should be triggering while doing any attack while sprinting, but the game stops you from sprinting when you do a normal attack.
