Read their last news posting, sounds like they are still working on features.

look at black desert online. superior gameplay but it will grind you and your legacy into the ground.
because they enslave themselves to grinding....
i agree though level 30 is plenty. there is no reason for this game to have a NG+ or more levels.
My point when making the thread is that I feel the cap is too low for the existing content, like I pointed out less than 50% completion and already at the level cap. Played exclusively single-player.
If they decide to add more content, that's great. But I seriously feel that each (already released) DLC should have increased the cap by at least 5 levels.

its grinding just to grind.
Well that's certainly one way to look at it. My way of looking at it is the game would be better IMHO if the level cap were higher, to compensate for the amount of material already in the game. Of course they cant just say "okay, the level cap is now 45" without making other changes, some other systems would need to be changed to help balance everything, as you pointed out.
Just speaking for myself (and a few other posters), I have no motivation to finish the second half of the game, since my character will not advance or grow in any way from this point forward. It's not about grind, it's about a sense of progression.
Yes, pipe dreams. But that's what steam forums are for, bellyaching, moaning and wishing things were different.
