make sure your Monitors refresh rates are the same for game display ..
if refresh rates are off it could be the culprit for the stutter ..
i've already did it thanks^^
i've always used my refresh rate set to 165 and rarerly i had an issue, but maybe the reason is because the game isn't optimized well.
But i'm only supposing
(steam version)
whats the version you using ?
what programs are running in background ?
(include if any gpu added apps)
example of what needs to be turned off ..
Windows go to 'settings'
go to 'Gaming'..
Turn everything in there off ..
it's for xbox users and video recording ..
causes games to stutter and crash ..
any game ..
restart system ..
I have the steam version, i have nothing open on background except for the basic program for windows.
Maybe i fixed the problem just a bit.
I setted everything on ultra, only the shadows are on high res.
And for last I activated fsr2, leaving fsr shading off.
This let the game running more smoothly.
P.s: i can’t find any difference from fullscreen or borderless windowed , they seems the same xD
