2 days ago I bought COH(O.Front) but I can not create new relic online account. How can I do it ?Help me

You need to download the New Steam Version of Company of Heroes.
The relic-based servers are not online anymore. The New Steam Version uses Steamworks servers and you steam username.

4. Select “Activate a Product On Steam” from the “Games” menu
5. Enter your Company of Heroes CD-Key in the resulting menu
6. Repeat for the Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor expansion packs
7. If you do not have your original Company of Heroes CD-Key you can use our Key Retrieval Tool located here: https://cohtool.sega.co.uk/.

The latest version is 1.5 isn't it? I used this one but I can not find DLC button:\ please help

I think the latest is 1.701 of something along those lines.

If you've activated CoH on Steam, there should be a Company of Heroes (New Steam Version) in your list of Games, rigth-click on this icon in your library, choose properties and there should be a DLC tab. The original CoH is in your library as well, but doesn't have a DLC tab.
