How do I find Jespar before I complete the quest. I teleported back to the beacon but I can't find him there, I looked around the underground area and it's blocked off too so where is he at.

I don't remember where I last saw him anyway lol. Was it the curarium?

Also, I assumed I had to complete the primary objective before i'd be able to talk to him and hit the beacon, but when I got put into that dream world with the house I can't get into the house and there's nothing else to do. Is that right?

You should even have a Questmarker for him and arantheal If you have to Quest active

I did find Jespar now, thank you. However I did not see a questmarker. There were 3 over the beacon crystals though. Also I figured out the whole thing with the house on the hill it was the graves you have to click not the house.

Yeah, 5 years later update - there's no quest marker on him. Bad info, or bad scripting. The whole last chapter of this game has been a balancing act having to reload saves to properly trigger scripts, it's a bummer.
