i got it when i start enderal
patch speedhack enboost turned on in enblocal.ini graphic modification disabled,

"hat message means you've turned off the graphics side of ENBoost, and are only using the memory hack"

i know i can turn off and clear this message by this way UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=false

but enderal come with enboost ? if yes, why did i got this message ? if enboost work fine, must i get this message ? it's normal ?

That message is normal, it just indicates that ENB has loaded ENBoost only (performance boosts) without any ENB Preset (graphic modifications that would change how the game looks)
