Unlocking the FPS
Is there any way of unlocking the FPS? I don't care if the engine will go crazy, I don't want to play on 60 FPS.

The game will become utterly unplayable and you might even be unable to complete some quests, but:

Disable VSync and either disable ENBoost or change EnableFPSLimit to false in its settings.

I guess I will wait for an SSE release then. 60FPS really hurts to play.

The Special Edition Engine has the same issue.

Special Edition lets you tweak the Havok engine to overcome the problems, not sure if classic skyrim has the same option.

According to the guide it says to change skyrim.ini. does that mean i have to install skyrim? or should i still change the enblocai.ini folder?

I believe that you unclick enboost in the settings when you start the launcher.
