Bugged Quest: Black Light, Part II: Taranor does not speak to me

Here i am again. This time i having a problem with the final part of Dark Light, Part II. I´ve maged to close the gates and im in front of Taranor. He is suppouse to talk to me, but he just keep staring at me. Any suggestions or solutions? I´ve tried to move more close to him but it doesnt seem to work.

Did you try to reload an earlier save or restart the game?

While i reloaded several times, i did not restart the game. Rebooting the Enderal worked, and now i´v been able to finish the quest. Thaks for your help.
