I have the ingredients to make the potion required for the side quest, but I don't get any message to make it when I go to the alchemy table. The recipe is in my inventory, but it won't let me select the correct ingredients when I try it manually. I also tried to make it at a cooking pot with no luck.

What's the trick to making this?
