In the launcher settings? The drop down menu stops at 1280x720?

in what mode do you run the game?
and what resolution is your monitor?

OneTweak is limiting the resolutions but you still should have the most common ones available

in windowed mode and exlusive fullscreen with my 1080p screen I still have 1280x720, 1600x900 and 1920x1080 for example with OneTweak enabled.

1920 x 1080
with the spaces
