Laggy at some parts

Hey, I used to play the original Enderal on my weak laptop wich ofc was laggy as hell sometimes.

Now i downloaded the forgotten stories with my newer System and it still lags when you look at the first Town the fps dips a lilttle bit.
On other areas it runs with 60 Fps.
Do you guys have any idea what i can change in the enblocal file to make it more optimized for my System ?

Any help is appreciated, I want to experience this great game again with solid FPS.

My system :
i5 7500 3,40 GHZ
16 GB Ram
GTX 1060 6GB VRAM.

Performance is terrible. Sometimes 20-30 fps, sometimes 40-60. Very poorly optimized.

Ok so that means im not the only poor soul with performance problems.
I hope it doesnt lag that terribly when i reach Ark

1080ti and an i7-6700K here and yeah, drops to 40 or lower at random places. I get about 39 fps looking at the tower ruins where you kill the Vatyr and save the little rhino looking thing. I hear it gets worse in the forest and in Ark.

Not much you can do except drop the settings down to High atm. Our only hope is they eventually port to SSE.

In my opinion they should have done that when 64 bit SKSE was first released and done their steam release on the SE version. I feel they wouldn't be seeing so many "its crashed" threads on here! Also seems like such a waste of time and effort to keep using Oldrim when SE (and VR) is where most of the community has moved to.

Fps is all over the place

I was on the way to Ark and my framerate was ranging from 10 - 60 fps. The forest seems most erratic. Any tweaking guides to make it more framerate consistent??
I did turn the game settings to ultra and running 1440p.

ENDERAL FPS DROPS

Hi everyone,
In some areas, the fps ingame drops from 60 to 40. My system should be enough dor the game (ryzen 7 2700x, gtx 1070, 16 gb ram)
Anyone know why?

yea disable fps limiter in enblocal.ini. but you will get physic glitches when your fps is above 60. unless you apply another tweak.

AggroBullet are you playing all maxed out? and have you disabled fps lock? i am also running a 1080ti but my fps in Riverville over what its called is around 30 fps its insane

im playing all maxed out including SMAA injector and rudy ENB. however, shadows are set to High.

my AVERAGE fps is around 90. it jumps around from 30-142 ( 142 is my fps cap )

but yes, riverville is the part where my fps is 30. there is nothing you can do about it. if that helps your mindset: console plebs play 25-30 fps all day, for years. you only have to do it while in riverville :lunar2019grinningpig:

Doesn't just stop there the ark forest seems to tank your fps the most and maybe few other locations too

what setting can i change to be able to get a solid 60 fps it blows my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mind i cant run this game on ultra without it running like crap

what are your video settings, people with sh*tty computers are not having any trouble playing on ultra apparently ughhh im so frustrated i love the game but the optimization issues are severely hindering my enjoyment of the game
