Unable to change resolution settings

I have disabled OneTweak as I have a 4:3 monitor and have been able to play the game in 16:9 @ 1200 x 800 about two days ago. I now have a bug that even though I have changed the settings and saved them always changes the resolution back to my native 1280 x 1024 when I run the launcher. This means I cannot see the launcher menu or some of the in game details as it is outside the left and right edges of my screen view.

I have tried manually editing settings and even deleting the .ini files to force them to revert to default settings but still the problems exists. Something seems to be overwriting my changes to the settings before I launch as I have checked the files before running the game and they have been saved correctly but after running the game they are showing that they were changed to my native resolution. It may be that OneTweak is not actually disabled even though it shows in the settings that it is.

Try to set "ForceBorderless" and "ForceBorderlessFullscreen" to false in enblocal.ini (on the same folder as TESV.exe and Enderal Launcher.exe)

Should have mentioned I tried that already but with no success.

Edit. Also tried validating files it then states 2 files missing and will reacquire except it does not attempt to download them at all.

Tried a clean install of the game but problem still persists.

Try the following:

1. Close the launcher completely
   
2. Set ForceBorderless and ForceBorderlessFullscreen in enblocal.ini to false
   
3. Set BorderlessWindow to false in Data\SKSE\Plugins\OneTweak.ini
   
4. Set "bFull Screen" to 0 in My Games\Enderal\EnderalPrefs.ini
   
5. Set "iSize W" and "iSize H" in My Games\Enderal\EnderalPrefs.ini to the resolution you want to play in (1200 x 800)
   
6. Launch skse_loader.exe

Do not open the launcher between any of those steps

Worked OK for 5 minutes then crashed to desktop after freezing
