Need Help on Blood and Dust

Hey guys, i just finished my first fight in the dust pit but i can´t talk with rasha, it says that she and the "unknown person" are busy, i can´t move on because of this if you know a way to fix this i appreciate it

I don't think you're the only one - since yesterday's update I've noticed others reporting similar issues with Blood and Dust (I've progressed beyond that part of the questline, so it's not affecting me).

with the amount of bugs and crashing in this game I save like every minute on a seperate save, I feel like the "person is busy and I can't progress a quest" bug is one of the most frequent. haven't found a better solution than loading a earlier save

I save frequently also (VERY frequently - I've probably got in excess of 700 save files now, and I haven't started the final act of the MQ yet).

The main reason I save so often is 'just in case' I run into something like this, but I've also kept all those save files lying around so I can load one up every once in a while to help answer questions here in these discussion boards.

Either way, saving often does seem like a prudent thing to do. ;)

ive also encountered this bug. i loaded up an earlier save several times and the 2 people were stuck being busy happened everytime

Try to walk pass them, toward the spectators. It might trigger Thalaer's line (at least that's what happened to me).

Thanks for the help, i tried to play on a earlier save and they were still busy, so i just started to play on another save before i started the first fight, it seems that me and the others that have this problem must wait for some update maybe?

Yes, it's a confirmed bug and I'm currently checking what's causing it.

Okay, it will be fixed in the next patch. A quick workaround with the ingame console would be (after they stopped talking):
prid 13eb48
moveto cc838
Confirm both lines with ENTER and then go to Rasha, you should be able to talk to her.

I tried this and it says "Item cc838 not found for parameter ObjectReferenceID", perhaps a typo?

Ah, mhmm, you probably just reloaded the save so it's no longer in the memory. Then you need to leave the dustpit via the staircase towards the place with the huge tree on it (probably called Undercity, Arena place or something in the english version of Enderal) and then type:

prid 13eb48
moveto player

That does exactly the same

First pit fight bugged?

Greetings all,
I started a new character because I had a few quest that would not start half way through because of to many mods I ran.
Now I have no Mods and the first pit fight the girl that pays me will not answer me,the guy that she talks to won't leave.I got the loot from the chest that worked.
Even left the area and came back and they are still there,and the person is busy still shows when I try to talk to her.
Anyone else have this problem?

Thank you, this should be fixed with the next patch. It probably only affected saves in which the Arena was already initialized before.Until the patch arrives you can do the following after the conversation between the two NPC stops:

Leave the dust pit via the staircase towards the place with the huge tree on it and enter the following two lines in the ingame console:

prid 13eb48

moveto player

Confirm both lines with ENTER and then go to Rasha, you should be able to talk to her.

It has nothing to do with your mods. They are bugged quests more than likely. Also the solution to Blood and Dust is right there :D

"Blood and Dust" Bugged

After winning the first pit fight, I am supposed to go to Rasha for my reward. She is talking with "an unknown person" who is saying she needs to pay up soon - but in the middle of the discussion both characters freeze up and the quest cannot be advanced. Please check this out!
