Best Archery Build
So I've unlocked every archery related perk except fire arrows. What Skill Trees or Perks would supplement archery?

You'll always want the Sneak skill + related perks, besides that I'd focus on either Entrophy or Smithing. Entrophy makes summoning spells bit cheaper & improves Bound Weapons damage output (especially with the associated perks).
Smithing lets you upgrade your gear, but imho this skill is underpowered when compared to other crafting skills: With maxed Alchemy + Enchanting, you can make yourself rings/amulets/gloves which raise your bow damage easily by 60% or more (plus they all stack). Smithing simply can't compete with that.

So yeah, Entrophy for Bound Weapons and summons is way stronger option.

Awesome, thank you!

Would you recommend doing the Alchemy+Enchanting to make good weaponry? or just going with bound weapons?

What spells would you recommend?

https://en.wiki.sureai.net/Enderal:Summon_Bow_(Spell)

Includes the locations of each Tier of the spell. Each Tier is effective for about 10 levels. So Tier 1 is L1-10, Tier 2 is L11-20 and so on.

It includes helpful notes on how to really take advantage of the spell. With Mystical Binding and middling Entropy (I capped mine at 50) you can run through the whole game with just Summon Bow.

I only ever needed to make sure I had barely enough mana to cast the spell. That's the biggest limitation.

Just acquired the last Archery, Sneak, Summon Bow perks.

What would you recommend investing in next?

(I'm thinking about Lycanthrope, Phasmalism, or Entropy Summons, but am not sure what would be the most interesting)

Haven't tried Lycanthrope myself, but it seems like melee-oriented talent tree so probably not so useful.

Phasmalism apparition summon is a talent-hog & requires lots of investment to make it good, but at its peak it's insanely good. On the other hand, Phasmalism tree includes some Enchanting improving talents, so it's not a bad idea to dip just little bit into Phasmalism either. Just keep in mind apparitions themselves are all-or-nothing type of deal (you'll need a whopping 15 talent points to max out all the meaningful talents, even more if you intend to fully max out Phasmalism tree) and they benefit greatly from self-crafted gear.

Sinistrope talents work well. Besides Bound Weapons talents, there's one that lets you drain Health/Mana off of corpses and another one that lets you go invisible (a good Oh ♥♥♥♥ -button). Quiet Casting obviously helps while you're sneaking and longer summons is a good pick too (Soil Elemental II is really solid even in late-game).

Do you have the heart shot perk already? It's in the lower part of the Infiltrator:
"Sneak attacks with bows now do 2.5 times damage. " - Great perk it is, my favorite.

What else, .. poisoned arrows maybe, Poison Cook from the vagrant tree.
