"The Elixir" quest bug?

So, i've finished "Part of Something Momentous" (all three parts) and decided to do some side quests. I found "The Elixir" quest, reached a stage when I need to decide what to do. I was curious is there an option for "happy-end", googled it and got very surprised - official wiki says that i need 40 rhetorics for nice ending and i have 40+5 but there is no dialoge option for that. Tried to get a good end through the console (on a different save file, of course) and wasn't able to get what i wanted.
Summary: there is no option for me to tell Mirell that the Apothecarii are working on a cure. I have only two options - kill Mirell and Bea or let them kill each other.
Any ideas/suggestions?

You have to get the information that the Apothecarii are working on a cure first.

As I mentioned in the comments of the respective bug tracker ticket, this is an issue with the Russian and Chinese translation, the last dialogue choice simply isn't displayed properly when scrolling with then mouse wheel. However, you can get it displayed when scrolling with the arrow keys on your keyboard. I've notified both translation teams about this issue. They have to fix it, I can't do much about it.
