Good day, I wanted to know whether it is possible to disable SkyUI? Very inconvenient modification for the game on the controller.

You can always uninstall it.

Try this: navigate to your ...\Enderal\Data\Interface folder and delete skyui folder(make backup just in case!!!).

Probably because your saved game is dependent on that missing resource? Just guessing, as I've never removed anything like that mid-game and not run into a major issue like that.

Have you tried a new game?

Even with the "SkyUI-Away!" you will most likely run into major bugs later on. I wouldn't recommend removing it.

I apologize for the one-year necro, but there doesn't seem to be any other resources out there. I have a hatred of skyui, as I love the original inventory system, and find skyui to be absurdly over-complicated and nonsensical. Yes I realize I am in the horrible minority in that, I don't care. I've received plenty of flak for it before, and I don't need more. What I'm having issues with is getting skyui away installed on enderal. I've tried using vortex, I've tried doing it manually twice, though I am likely not getting them in the right folder to be honest, but I just need some help getting it actually installed.

Enderal has its own installer that does all that, inclusive, I thought. It creates a whole separate installation for the games and all associated mods that it needs, and those are all included. There was nothing that needed to be gotten outside of the installer for it.. Unless I'm not remembering correctly.

But that was the purpose and intent for the separate installation, so that players could have any mods they wanted, any configuration, any possible setup for their general Skyrim and/or modded experience, but then Enderal would take care of everything it needed externally.

I've been working within the enderal folder, vortex recognizes it as a separate game, but nothing I tried could get skyui away actually working. it won't show up in game or anything. I'm basically just looking for how to install it on enderal, because none of the methods I know from modding skyrim are working.

Like a developer already said it will break the game.
So we recommend not to remove it but it's still up to you.
