Blazing spark rank V not on Captain Rocio's Ship anymore?

I was following the old enderal loot guide table to try to find blazing spark rank v spell on Captain Rocio's wrecked ship the Morning Dew at low level. But Forgotten Stories has revamped the ship and I could not find the spell tome anymore. Can anyone confirm that this spell tome has been removed from the ship? If so, has it been placed somewhere else or just removed completely?

The book is still there, under the deck, in the water.

Edit: if you still can't find it, you can try to check merchants, they will start selling it once you've reached 33 level

Hey thanks for the detailed answer. I didn't find the book for whatever reason. But since I was low level, I started a new game on iron path to for once play something other than the elementalist because of all the easy-to-obtain high end weapons and armors around the area. Maybe this time the tome will be there.

Make sure that you don't use any spells that move items around before getting it as doing so can move the book so far away that you'll never find it. Also if you're starting a new playthrough give the Enderal Gameplay Overhaul a try (if you haven't already), it'll make things a little more challenging.
