Command to teleport to Apothecarii Undercity

I crash evry time i enter to the Apothecarii Undercity i need to enter to do Angel quest (and to get the totem to kill the blind miner) (SORRY BAD ENGLISH)

First, in order to get to the Apothecarii you need to go to the Undercity Marketplace.
It will be in that cell. Use the sign post.

Second, The blind Miner will be in the Undercity Tarpit.
You'll need to go through the Tarpit - Bedders. You'll find a different door also labeled Tarpit but this will give you access to the lower area of the tarpit. There will be another door down there which will lead you to a ruins like dungeon with Skeletons and Lost Ones. The blind Miner will be somewhere near the end. The Blind Miner will be invulnerable until you obtain "The Old Ban Totem", a blueprint for said totem can be found behind Expert Doors in The House of Apothecarii. To craft it you'll need: an anvil, 15 spare parts, 4 Wood, a Flawless Emerald and a Flawless Amethyst.

i know where it is , what i cant do is enter the Apothecarii in the undercity because my game crash

Disable ANY mods or add-ons. PERIOD. Reverify game files and/or reinstall- worst case contact Developers for more direct assistance.

For Blind miner simply just type on the console ( help "blueprint: old ban totem" ) and get the id and "player.additem XXX" and voila.
For the Angel questline if the above recommendations dont work. Go to the wiki, search "Angel" and set stage to the point where you speak with Calia inside, she will come outside to have a private conversation. If you wanna see that dialogue ofc, if not, simply set stage so you meet her up at Frostcliff tavern.

Someone eager to use the console to fix something but doesn't know precisely what to do sets off red flags in my head that your game is borked most likely of your own fault or negligence.

Solve the crash, because you shouldn't be crashing in the same place consistently. Everyone else playing Enderal talking about a crash is referring to the random instability of the Skyrim LE engine--not a specific event or location that crashes them. If verifying your game files doesn't fix it, it's most assuredly mods.
