midnight at circle of lost souls i think is call . near the s. mine(were the trolls were and the dead miner).

It's the "Ancient Circle of the Lost Ones" right next to Shimmering Grove. Also, it's pretty lenient for when you do it - it worked for me at around 9 PM instead of midnight.
