How to use "net of souls"

I have a whispering nearby but don't know how to actually "use" net of souls? Can anybody help me here?

It's in the Powers menu (magic). Press Z after equipping the power and closing the menu to use it.

go to your magic equip it then you can use it with the z key then look around for a glowing blea ball and get close to it you will get the option to capture it

If "z" is your meditation, that "y" is the key for using powers.

what no one will tell you is that you press 'TAB' key go to magic ... then talents to use "net of souls"...... it is not a scroll or book

Use the talent. It's like a shout. It reveals the hidden soul as a glowing orb and you can pick it up while the net of souls is active.

Maybe it's worth mentioning that Net of Souls has III tiers, and being able to see high level souls requires unlocking higher tiers.
