I suppose that's ENBboost for Enderal to improve its performance, not to enhance graphics.
I saw some Enderal compatible ENBs, some of them require Skyrim.ini modification, but in standalone version there's no such file.
Thanks for the heads up, I will give it a try.
u did it ?
ENB has separat settings for interior/exterior areas and some effects don't work on interior areas.
If you want you can take an ENB preset and copy the ExteriorDay values to InteriorDay and the ExteriorNight values to InteriorNight and it should work pretty well. (exterior also has dawn/dusk values that do not exist for interior)
You can install ENBs for Enderal as if it was Skyrim.
It is possible that some objects may not play nice with ENBs. I don't know if the subsurface scattering patch for vanilla Skyrim works/is needed for Enderal.
That is not true at all, you can't have terrain in an interior. Are you sure you're thinking about the same thing, this is Enderal we're talking about not Moonpath to Elsweyr. Enderal's worldspace is very much and Exterior Worldspace.
OK, I found and downloaded Rudy ENB for Enderal. The installation instructions say "- Download latest ENB - http://enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0315.htm, ( a black arrow at the bottom of the page )."
but there aint no 'black aarow' (download link) at the bottom of that page. What do I download to get this working?
then open the RUDY ENB zip. choose what version you want. ie reguler or sombra. open the folder and drop and drag all the files and folders in that directory to the same directory you did with the ENB binery...if you want the optional DOF. just open the folder and drop and drag the enbseries folder into the same directory. accepting the overrite when asked. for the Data folder and extras..you have 2 ways you can do this. either just open the folder and drop and drag the two folders mesh and textures. into your Enderal Data dirctory. overriting when asked. for the extras "little anoying things fixed" you have to open that folder. then pick what ones you want from the folders and drop and drag them to your Data directory. .. for example if you open paintings. and you want the 4k one.. you would drop and drag the Mesh folder to your Data directroy. open the 4k folder in the zip and drop and drag the texture folder to the data directroy. accepting the overriting when asked... alterntivly for a cleaner installation.. you can recreate the zip..with all the textures and meshes as one.. and use your mod manger to install it that way.
Then edit the skryimprefs.ini and set it as explained on the mod page for Rudy. That bit is not hard to follow.
That said, there is a message right before the game starts that says "patch speedhack enboost turned on in enblocal.ini graphic modification disabled"
is this s a problem? does this mean the ENB preset/mod is not actually working?
o yea forgot to mention you will have to disable Antialising and anistrophic filttering and ENB boost in the game launcher. Did you edit the skyrimpref.ini settings as said on the mod page? ENB's will not work fully otherwise. you can edit the enblocal.ini to enable anistrophoic filttering for the game. i think now you can do it in the game using the ENB interface.
