Deus Ex Machina Quest don't start

I spoke to Tealor Arantheal and he directed me to Old Dothûlgrad. It's cool and all, but I didn't have a quest point. I looked up the wiki page and they told me I should talk to Calia. I found her, but she doesn't tell me anything, and the quest seems to be stuck. What should I do? The last save was too far away to load it, and all subsequent saves were made after taking the quest.

First restart your game.

You dont have to load a save before you got the quest, just load one save thats not the newest one.

Do you use any mods? If so disable them, mods can cause also issues with quests.

usually if mods aren't the issue then restarting the game + loading an ealier save solves issues like this 90% of the time

No mods installed, restarting the game did not help, like any recent save. I had to load an old save and roll back my progress for 3 hours. :(
