iHUD makes the game much more immersive though.
I would suggest that you go mod Skyrim instead. This is game is already a mod of Skyrim and has default compatibility issues with others mods.
It makes very little sense to begin your modding experience modding a mod. There's a significant lack of support as well.

And also I changed in EnderalPrefs.ini bDoDepthOfField=1 to bDoDepthOfField=0
thanks to that I have not all that blurry textures on all object a little bit far away from me.. - it hurts eyes really after some time.. turn it off helped a lot..
Maybe this mod could be interesting for you too : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36728/?
+ there are also some combat mods - google for it I dont know them.
1 example : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/104776
I also heard about mod that lets you jump during sprinting, could be cool too.
I used around 120 mods :) And it was worth it.
Skyrim is the easiest to mod imo, it was nice start how to mod and dont mod games :)
Check Enderal compatibilty with mods and already installed mods here:

Dont allow steam to update the game! When u have mods installed and steam updates it say good bye to ur modsetup and u char and start from scratch - reinstallling the game, mods AND a new char!
Set the game to only update on launch and when it wants to update, only launch in offline mode! THANKS FOR THAT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ VALVE, LET US BLOCK UPDATES AGAIN!!!
Afaik everything retexture-landscape and environment wise taken from Skyrim mods should not work out of the box without adjusting it to Enderal. (If anyone knows otherwise please let me know, i would love to have better textures)
How? Afaik they shouldnt work at all since the internal path to the textures is different in Enderal? No? I forgot where i read that
Mods which came from Nexus Enderal
House at the marketplace - Redone
Left Hand Rings
Noble quarter Player home redone
Enderal Log Cabin EV
Enderal Tracking Tool
Phasmalist Overhaul
Yero's Cave Full
Better Wandering Mage Armor
The Forbidden Arts
Enderal some CBBE conversions ... for which you need Skyrim CBBE
Nexus Skyrim Mods that I use in Enderal
CBBE
Bodyslide and outfit studio
Fair skin complexion
Quick light
Face light
Jaxonz Positioner
Of course anyone who just downloads mods and adds them to their game
without reading ALL requirements and ALL descriptions is looking to just wreck their game.
For me all these mods work as intended in the load order that I have.
They will work for the Skyrim textures used in Enderal which are mostly the low res ones.
The internal path is the same one. There is no reason to change every single texture path for the Skyrim ones.
Of course there are a lot of new textures.
Any suggestions for texture packs that work well (im fine with 2k resolution)?
I have some armor replacements running already, no issues there.
I even managed to get HDT physics to work for male hair, i just wish there would be more male clothes with hdt physics. For female characters theres unlimited choice
