I have dozens of blueprints, yes. But are you sure, you are talking about Aeterna arrows bluperint. I am level 54 and I haven't seen a single one yet. Well, actually until now. I went to Gabor in the noble district of Ark. He sells it. Lol. That was quick.

I seen them a couple of times at smith merchants (level 31 right now). I never seen recipe for silver mace though- in EGO skeletons resistant both to normal weapons and slashing weapons.
