Static location of item with "Water Breathing" enchantment

I'm pretty sure that the waterbreathing enchantment isn't in Enderal at all, I've played hundreds of hours and never seen a single item that has it. There is a waterbreathing spell though.

Last playthrough i found (or bought) iron helmet with waterbreathing enchantment.
But i not remember where.
