How to get Bard Songs to download as a soundtrack?

I have downloaded the other two soundtracks successfully, but the Bard Songs are not cooperating. I notice that it's marked as a DLC instead of a soundtrack in the list of DLCs, so rather than opening the Steam music player it opens the Enderal launcher. I have checkmarked it in Manage DLCs, which updated Enderal and then opened the launcher again. Can Bard Songs be changed from a DLC to a soundtrack or is there something else I can do to download those songs?
