Game Breaking Bug: Constantine is Stuck

I'm trying to continue Part of Something Momentus: Part 1, but I can't speak to Constantine because he stuck in the small room adjacent to where you first interact. I can't open the door since it's unlockable, and he doesn't leave that area during the day.

Is there a way to fix this?

Are you using any mods?

Particularly the fast travel mod or coc command?

Have you tried verifying game files?

Have you tried loading an older save, preferably before Rashengrad, and getting caught up to see if the problem persists?

I wasn't using any mods.

Game files are fine, and I really don't want to load an older save.

I ended up using console commands to unlock the door, but I worry this makes me ineligible for achievements.

Console commands won't stop you from getting achievements and if that's all you needed to do for the quest to continue normally then you're probably fine as far as not breaking the quest further.

Did you try just making time pass? Going to sleep for a good 24-48 hours and checking him again?

I know I've heard of this situation before, but I can't recall it's cause or solution.

Tried that. Went at midnight, went during the afternoon, etc.

so i just encountered this bug as well... for anyone looking for a fix that works without using the console:

What was creating this bug (at least in my case) was me teleporting right out of Rashengrad to the suntemple after the conversation with Lishari. But it seems, that the game wanted me to exit the place first into the open world, because when i did that, everything worked fine.
