Alchemist in the Noble Quarter sell Ghost Wrapping and Nightshade.

Thristle + Peaceweed/Baldris Root/yrnroot/ghostwrappings/nightshade = 11% Ambrosia without investing any skills in Apothecary or having any Talents in Apothecary.

Thristle is plentiful all over the place.

No need to cheat.

Type help and the term or item you want to search in the console and it will bring up a list of ids for what you searched.

OR..you can get the skill tree perk that lets you reduce the arcane fever 15% every 24 hours....I believe its in the Thaumaturge? skill tree?.

ALSO- if yer chuggin healing postions (which also raise your arcane fever raiting)- there is a 'purity' perk for brewing your own potions- which MIGHT remove the negative effect from 'home-brewed' healing potions...

No, it doesn't, it removes poison effects (so if you mix two ingredients that do invisibility and damage health, you would make an invisibility potion, not an invisibility potion that also poisons you), I think the Arcane fever is not classed as a poison effect.
